Cirel of Atlantic Retail Properties brokers lease to Hooters at MarketPlace Shrewsbury

Shrewsbury, MA Hooters of New York/New England joins MarketPlace Shrewsbury. The grand opening of Hooters will take place on December 7. The new 200 seat restaurant boasts 24 draft lines, a 24 seat bar, 51 streaming TVs. The latest prototypical elements include an open floor plan, cypress wood surroundings and LED lighting.

Marc Phaneuf Jr. of Phancon, Inc., owner of 8 additional northeast Hooters, invites everyone to “come on down and join the fun.”

MarketPlace Shrewsbury developer Sam Adams welcomes Hooters and promises “this is just the start of many new and exciting experiences to be had at MarketPlace and The Grove at Maple and Oak!” Worcester County will soon be saying “Meet me at Marketplace!”
