Raffe Khazadian, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP O+M, CDT – Promoted to science & technology practice leader
Khazadian’s innovative mindset and dedication to exploring new frontiers in architecture have earned him the position of science & technology practice leader. His visionary approach continues to push the boundaries of their work. Raffe will lead Ci’s science & technology practice in creating innovative environments for the life sciences, manufacturing and physical sciences industries.

Christopher Ladd, AIA, NCARB, previously served as the science & technology practice leader. He will continue to serve as the vice president and COO of Ci, fostering the company’s growth and managing over 100 employees across five offices.

Brian DiLuiso, AIA, NCARB – Promoted to director of life science
DiLuiso’s expertise and passion for life science environments have been instrumental in shaping their projects. He brings over 30 years of success designing science & technology facilities including academic discovery labs, biological and chemistry research & development, and pharmaceutical cGMP projects ranging from $100,000 to $150 million. His new role as director of life science reinforces his position as a leader in this specialized field.
