Christie, Tito and McGee of NAI Hunneman rep High St. in $2.6m sale
NAI Hunneman has brokered the $2.6 million sale of 1-4 Kingsley Terrace, a 48-unit apartment complex.
Carl Christie, executive vice president/principal, Robert Tito, executive vice president/principal, and Dan McGee, financial analyst, all three of NAI Hunneman, represented the seller, High St. Property Management. The buyer, Yan Schecter, represented himself.
"Lynn is enjoying a period of redevelopment and resurgence, providing an excellent opportunity for our client to sell the property," said Christie.
Built in 1910, 1-4 Kingsley Terrace consists of two detached buildings totaling 22,320 s/f.
