Green Way Realty Trust acquired 169 Medway Rd. in Milford for $1.05 million. The property consists of a 24-unit apartment building located on 1.34 acres of land. The building contains 6 one-bedroom units and 18 studios. NAI Hunneman represented the seller G&R Realty Trust.
115-135 Grant St. & 84-92 Lawrence St., Framingham:
Christie and McGee also brokered the sale of a 22-unit apartment complex located at 115-135 Grant St. and 84-92 Lawrence St. in Framingham. The site includes three apartment buildings located at the corner of Grant and Lawrence Sts. The property was purchased by VTT Grant Street for $1.175 million. NAI Hunneman represented the seller R&P Realty Trust.
