Rick Chozick of Chozick Realty as sole broker has completed the sale of the Williamsburg Apartments for $19.225 million.
The Williamsburg Apartments located at 250 Bloomfield Ave. consists of 140 apartment units constructed in 1970. This 10 building complex located on 15.72 acres contains a unit mix of 32 one bedroom apartments and 108 two bedroom apartments with a club house and swimming pool. The property offers one bedroom apartments of 710 s/f and two bedroom apartments of 930 s/f.
Located close to I-91 at exit 37 and just east of Windsor Center the property has maintained an occupancy level of 98% on a consistent basis. The unit size, location and condition have contributed to the property's status as a market leader in Windsor multifamily rental market.
The seller was Williamsburg Associates LP. The purchaser was Windsor Castle LLC.
