Choyce Peterson negotiates 16,500 s/f for COMET Technologies USA

Choyce Peterson, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm which specializes in tenant representation, announced the successful completion of lease negotiations for COMET Technologies USA, Inc. at 100 Trap Falls Road Extension. Principals John Hannigan and Alan Peterson represented COMET Technologies, who recently relocated from 76 Progress Dr. in Stamford. Choyce Peterson had handled several previous renewals for COMET at their Stamford location, providing COMET with a trusted resource to call upon when they had outgrown their existing space and desired an upgraded building. Sean Cahill, who was with CBRE at the time of the transaction, represented the landlord Cambridge Hanover LP.
