Choate and Farago of Colliers International facilitate 14,000 s/f sublease

Dover, NH Colliers International  leased 14,000 s/f of manufacturing/warehouse space at 131 Broadway. David Choate and Laura Farago of Colliers’ Portsmouth office represented the sublandlord, Jewett Farms + Co., of York, Maine, and assisted the subtenant, Acadia Kitchens, LLC of Portsmouth, in the long-term sublease.

A spokesperson for Acadia Kitchens said that the former cabinet making shop is ideal for its new business which manufactures kitchen cabinetry. According to the spokesperson, the existing dust collection system, spray booths, and other wood shop infrastructure made leasing this space an easy decision.

Jewett Farms + Co. subleased the space because they recently purchased and moved to a larger building in York, Maine to accommodate its expanding business.
