Framingham, MA According to Chestnut Hill Realty (CHR), one of its apartment communities, Water View Apartments at Framingham, recently received the Community of Excellence Award (communities more than 20 years old) at the annual Rental Housing Association (RHA) fall conference.

RHA, a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, represents owners and managers of more than 100,000 multifamily apartment units across Mass. It gives Professional Achievement and Communities of Excellence Awards each year.

Water View Apartments at Framingham is comprised of two sister properties: the Terrace and the Village. In 2012, CHR acquired both properties, and committed to an intensive rebranding and renovation plan. Water View offers a mix of studios, one and two bedrooms apartments with a combined total of 581 units. The properties are located less than a half mile apart on Rte. 9, and feature new amenities and renovated open concept-style apartments.

“I have witnessed the complete transformation of our resident services office, amenities, and apartments in a relatively short period of time,” said Holli Gilpin property manager at Water View Terrace. “The changes have revitalized our community and energized our team.  It is very satisfying and exciting to share this victory with everyone at Water View Village.”

Kaitlyn Hesse property manager at Water View Village said, “Our main goal is to provide consistently high quality customer service. We strive to make sure our residents are comfortable and happy in their homes by being tuned in to their needs, and responsive to their concerns. It is a privilege to be part of their lives, and we never take that for granted.”

Over the past five years, CHR has received 15 RHA awards including two Community of Excellence Awards (communities more than 20 years old) for Norwood Gardens (2012) and Village Green (2013).

Chestnut Hill Realty is one of New England’s leading residential real estate companies, specializing in multifamily housing. Established in 1969, CHR owns and manages 4,709 units in 28 apartment home communities in Greater Boston and Rhode Island.
