Charter Realty & Development signs Home Goods to 38,000 s/f

Charter Realty & Development Corp. has signed Home Goods for a 38,000 s/f superstore in Westport Plaza located at Rte. 1 and Bulkley Rd. Home Goods will be replacing Toys R Us. The 86,000 s/f center also includes Walgreen's and Pet Supplies Plus. Home Goods is an off-price home fashions store, providing a tremendous selection of high quality, unique home fashions, including brand and designer name merchandise at prices that are 20 - 60% less than finer catalog, specialty and department store prices, every day. Home Goods will be opening one of their largest stores in the country in Westport. This deal represents the 23rd TJX lease Charter has made.
