Charter Realty & Development leasing agent for Plaza South

Charter Realty & Development has been named the exclusive leasing representative for Plaza South located at 266-276 South Main St. The plaza is currently fully occupied, and Charter Realty will be responsible for leasing the new 22,500 s/f building which came on line in August. Plaza South has seen active interest from prospective tenants since its inception, and is now a lifestyle center that serves the affluent market of Newtown. Current tenants include The Meat House, Union Savings Bank, The Learning Experience and Cork 'n Barrel. 5,200 s/f has already been pre-leased in the new building.
