Champagne of Connecticut Commercial brokers $300,000 sale

The New London office of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes has completed the sale of a property located at 228 West Town St., at a contract price of $300,000. The buyers, The Southeastern Regional Council, Inc. (SERAC) was represented in the sale transaction by broker William Champagne of Connecticut Commercial Realty, and by attorney Gerald Smith of the Norwich firm, Chinigo, Leone & Maruzo, LLP. Financing was provided by Chelsea-Groton Bank. The seller, Abissi Development Corporation, was represented by broker Norman Krayem of Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate, and by attorney Stephen Adams.
