Century Investment Company has purchased 1275 Elm St., a 13,600 s/f professional office building now available for lease. The one-story structure, most recently occupied by a physical therapy and sports medicine practice, lends itself either to single occupancy or to subdivision for up to three tenancies, according to Andrew Cohen of Century, the new owner. 1275 Elm is located just off Rte. 5, near the junction of I-91. The property includes 72 on-site parking spots.
