CCIM hosts annual installation of officers dinner - November 30

Hamden, CT On November 30, the CCIM Connecticut chapter held its annual installation of officers dinner in conjuction with the first annual CCIM Dealmakers Awards at New Haven Country Club.  Kathy Eckstrom with Haynes Development presented on the leasing opportunities that are available at Quarry Walk in Oxford, a 215,000 s/f retail development anchored by Market 32 by Price Chopper, Griffen Hospital and over 250 residential rental units.  Following this presentation,  9 CCIM Connecticut chapter members were congratulated upon receiving the CCIM Connecticut Dealmaker Award. 

The recepients were as follows: Bryan Atherton, CCIM (land lease); Frank Amodio, Candidate (industrial lease); Charlotte Goldblatt, CCIM & Leslie Goldblatt (retail lease); Ken Ginsberg, Candidate (retail sale); Eric Amodio Candidate (multifamily sale); Michael Guidicelli, CCIM, SIOR (office sale); Steve Patten, CCIM (office lease); Bret Sherman, CCIM (development); and Carl Russell, CCIM (industrial sale).

The industrial markets have never been stronger. What has happened is that the build out of Devens with new high-tech biotech manufacturing with housing to service these buildings serves as the connector required to really make the I-495 West market sizzle. Worcester has been the beneficiary
