* Kids Crooked House has sub-leased 3,007 s/f of industrial flex space at 190 Riverside St., Unit 5B from National Dentex Corp. This transaction was brokered by Andrew Nelson, CBRE |The Boulos Co.
* Kline Law Office has leased a 1,260 s/f of office space at 120 Exchange St. from A&M Partners Inc. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Justin Lamontagne, CBRE | The Boulos Co. and on behalf of the tenant by Loren Ayer, Harborview Properties.
* A 13-unit apartment building located at 125 Grant St. has been sold. The seller was Merrill Williams Trustee and the buyer was EJH Properties, LLC. This transaction was brokered by Charles Day, CBRE | The Boulos Co.
* A 6.47 acre parcel of land, long-term ground leased to Hannaford Bros. Co. has been sold. The property is located on Rte. 196 in Topsham, Me. close to the entrance to the Topsham Fair Mall. The unimproved parcel is leased to Hannaford Bros. on a long-term basis, but the site has not yet been developed. The property was purchased by Forty-one Lewiston Road, LLC with the intent of holding it as a long-term investment. The seller was Topsham 196, LLC which originally assembled the property and leased it to Hannaford Bros. The property was on the market for $4.725 million.
