CBRE | The Boulos Co. completes 7 transactions totalling 29,904 s/f

CBRE | The Boulos Company, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage leader, has completed the following transactions: *Cutting Edge Wireless, Inc. has sub-leased 1,645 s/f of retail space at 35 Bridge St., Gardiner, from One Source Wireless, LLC. Cutting Edge Wireless will operate a cellular telephone sales & service business. This transaction was brokered by Chris Paszyc. *Stanford Management, LLC has leased 3,620 s/f of office space in the Nathan Winslow Block at 245 Commercial St., Portland, from Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Co. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Drew Sigfridson, SIOR and on behalf of the tenant by Susan Scanlon both of CBRE. *Maine Eye Center, PA has leased 9,983 s/f of medical office space at Stroudwater Crossing, 1685 Congress St., Portland, from 1685 Congress, LLC. The tenant, Maine Eye Center, PA, was represented by Gregory Boulos, partner of CBRE. Brianne O'Donnell, Dirigo Property Management, represented the landlord, 1685 Congress, LLC. *Maine Health has acquired property located at 14 Sawyer Rd. in Scarborough. The property abuts the Orion Center property previously acquired by MaineHealth. The Sawyer Rd. property is a natural addition to the Orion Center parcel and will become part of the overall development. Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR, partner, CBRE Boulos, assisted MaineHealth with this transaction. *NH Bragg has renewed its lease of 6,500 s/f of warehouse space at 17 Patrick Dr. in Westbrook. The landlord of 17 Patrick Dr. is Gaeta, LLC. The transaction was brokered by Craig Young, CCIM, partner, and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR both of CBRE. *MaineTransNet has leased 556 s/f of office space at 640 Brighton Ave., Portland. Nate Stevens of CBRE brokered this transaction. *Northeast Hearing & Speech Center, Inc., a community based speech and hearing center, has leased 7,600 s/f of office/therapy space in the Match Star building at 81 West Commercial St., Portland. and Scanlon, of CBRE, represented the tenant, and Matthew Cardente, Cardente Real Estate, represented the landlord.
