According to CBRE | The Boulos Co., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage leader, Country Club Enterprises, LLC has leased the 18,975 s/f former Brown Pontiac building at 837 Portland Rd. from PDB Ventures, LLC. Country Club Enterprises is a top distributor for Club Car and the E-Z-GO line, two of the leading brands of golf and utility vehicles in the world.
The 14,225 s/f building includes a show room, body shop, repair shop and administrative space. A 4,750 s/f, second-story provides additional office space, meeting and storage rooms.
