Millennium Partners Boston has signed leases for 75,000 s/f and has commitments for an additional 25,000 s/f of office space at 179 Lincoln St., a 220,000 s/f newly renovated office building. Initial tenants are The TriZetto Grp. (31,000 s/f); Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc. (22,000 s/f); and PowerAdvocate, Inc. (22,000 s/f).
The five-story office building with detailing on all four sides, covers a city block bounded by Kneeland, Beach, and Lincoln Sts. and The Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway. Built in 1899 and renovated with modern interiors by Millennium, the designer for the renovation was CBT Architects of Boston.
"We are very pleased to have attracted these first-rate business users to our property," said Anthony Pangaro, principal of Millennium.
"We enthusiastically complied with federal and state historic rehabilitation standards, in keeping with the property's status as a 'significant contributing structure' in the landmark Leather District. Â We also expect to qualify for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core-and-Shell Certification," said Pangaro.
