CB Richard Ellis, has brokered the sale of 25 West St. on behalf of Hendricks Commercial Properties for $975,000. CB Richard Ellis' Mark Reardon, executive vice president/partner and Robert Daglio, SIOR and senior vice president/partner, represented the owner, Hendricks Commercial; Kathleen Joppru of Prudential Conn. Realty represented the buyer, Swanson Holdings, LLC.
