CBRE/N.E. brokers 9,050 s/f lease for Normandy

CB Richard Ellis/New England, a joint venture partner with CB Richard Ellis, brokered a new 9,050 s/f lease on behalf of Normandy Real Estate Partners at Dedham Place. Joining the property at 3 Allied Dr. is MediaTek Inc. The CBRE team of Steve Clancy, executive vice president/partner, and Jim Nicoletti, executive vice president/partner, represented Normandy R.E. in the transaction. Jack Kerrigan, executive vice president, and Steve Cook, senior vice president, both of Grubb & Ellis, represented MediaTek Inc. Dedham Place, a four-story, 161,000 s/f class A office building, is located at exit 14 of Rte. 128/I-95. The property features full-service conference facilities and covered parking and is attached to the Hilton Boston/Dedham, a 256-room hotel and conference center. Shared amenities include an on-site restaurant, a full-service health and fitness center, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and jogging trails.
