CBRE brokers $15.6m sale for Olympia Ave. to Morris & Morse Co.
CB Richard Ellis' capital markets team has brokered the sale of The Charrette Property from Olympia Ave. Associates to Morris & Morse Co., Inc. for $15.6 million. Charrette Property consists of four industrial-zoned buildings: 31 Olympia Ave., 3-15 Normac Rd., 16-24 Normac Rd. and 23 Normac Rd.
The CBRE team of Gary Lemire, Bill Moylan, Chris Angelone and Matt Pullen, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
