CBRE brokers $15.6m sale for Olympia Ave. to Morris & Morse Co.
CB Richard Ellis' capital markets team has brokered the sale of The Charrette Property from Olympia Ave. Associates to Morris & Morse Co., Inc. for $15.6 million. Charrette Property consists of four industrial-zoned buildings: 31 Olympia Ave., 3-15 Normac Rd., 16-24 Normac Rd. and 23 Normac Rd.
The CBRE team of Gary Lemire, Bill Moylan, Chris Angelone and Matt Pullen, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
"During a complicated and time consuming acquisition period, Gary Lemire and his team steadfastly represented the sellers and assisted us as buyers in surmounting a number of challenging obstacles" said Garlan Morse principal of Morris & Morse.
The CBRE team of Mark Reardon, David Corkery and Jason Levendusky has been appointed by Morris & Morse to lease the properties.
Situated on 14.48 acres and located along the northbound side of I-95 at exit 36.
