CBRE The Boulos Co. negotiated 6 leases and 1 sale. * Morris Switzer-Buildings for Health, LLC has purchased a 4,148 s/f office condominium at 183 Middle St. from Susan Hyman Middle Street, LLC. Drew Sigfridson represented the seller and Dan Greenstein represented the buyer. * Media Power Inc. has leased 13,750 s/f of office space at 53 Darling Ave., South Portland. Charles Day represented Media Power, Inc. and Greg Boulos represented the landlord, Donald W. Cook Trust. * Conservation Services Group (CSG) has leased 1,200 s/f of office space at 66 Winthrop St., Augusta from Employment Specialist of ME Inc. Brian Rizzo of Coldwell Banker Rizzo Matteson represented the landlord and Nate Stevens represented the tenant. * Your City PC, LLC has leased 1,382 s/f of office/retail space at 1170 Forest Ave. from Frank Dixon. This lease was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Andrew Nelson and on behalf of the tenant by Joseph Porta, both of CBRE. * Harris Corp. has leased 2,000 s/f of office space at 24 Stone St., Augusta from Compass Augusta Office, LLC. Bruce Holmes of Century 21 Venture, Ltd. represented the landlord and Nate Stevens represented the tenant. * Hair X-Pressions leased a 1,337 s/f hair salon in the Edwards Block located at 869 Main St., Westbrook, from T&T Development LLC. Sigfridson represented the landlord and Stevens represented the tenant. * Saunders Bros. has leased 2,865 s/f of office space in the Edwards Block located at 869 Main St., Westbrook, from T&T Development LLC. Sigfridson represented the landlord and Katie Allen, NAI/The Dunham Group, represented the tenant. * Old Port Hospitality has purchased the former Jordan's Meat industrial building located at the intersection of Franklin Arterial and Middle St. According to Greg Boulos, partner, CBRE | The Boulos, "Uses such as office, hotel or possibly even retail are suited for the site. Its proximity to the waterfront makes it a natural for development."
