CBRE arranges 4,143 s/f lease for White Mountains Re Group at Matrix Center
White Mountains Re Group, Ltd. signed a new 10-year, 4,143 s/f lease at the Matrix Center located at 39 Old Ridgebury Rd.
Robert Eber, senior associate of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford office, represented the ownership, Matrix Realty Group, LLC, in the transaction.
"The Matrix Center proved the ideal location for White Mountains Re Group's expansion into Danbury," said Eber. "The new office will now better serve the employees who live in the area."
The Matrix Center is a four-story, 1.2 million s/f premier Class A office building. Amenities include several restaurants, a fitness center, outdoor jogging/walking trail, state of the art conference center and covered parking. The property is situated on 99.5 acres directly off I-84 and is easily accessibly to Upper and Lower Fairfield, Westchester and Putnam counties.
