CBRE arranges 4,000 s/f lease for National Kidney Registry

Greenwich, CT In a transaction arranged by CBRE, the National Kidney Registry (NKR) has leased 4,000 s/f of office space at 75 Holly Hill Lane. The new lease represents a relocation and expansion for the National Kidney Registry to the top floor of the three-story, 105,000 s/f medical office building later this year.

The CBRE team of Rob Crane and Steven Greenbush represented the owner of the property, Benedict Realty Group (BRG). CBRE’s Joseph Weaver acted on behalf of NKR.

“Western Greenwich has become a very popular destination for healthcare tenants that are seeking opportunities in an extremely tight market. With Stamford Health Medical Group occupying nearly a third of the building and Greenwich Hospital’s Holly Hill Campus right across the street, 75 Holly Hill Lane has become a very desirable location for healthcare providers and associated non-profits,” said Crane of CBRE.

Since acquiring the property in 2017, Benedict Realty Group has made significant upgrades, including an expansion of the parking lot, to better accommodate medical and healthcare related tenants.

“At 75 Holly Hill Lane we’ve put a strong emphasis on tailoring the space to fit the needs of the area’s medical office tenants, like improving accessibility and adding over 75 parking spots for patients and employees,” said Daniel Benedict, president of BRG. “The building is well-suited for a company operating in the healthcare sector that wants to be near like-minded tenants and in a well-managed, high-end medical office building.”

Weaver of CBRE said, “The National Kidney Registry was looking for more space that could be supported by redundant power systems to ensure 24/7 uptime for mission critical kidney shipping and logistics control systems. The space at 75 Holly Hill allowed the NKR to customize the space to their specific needs. Easy access to US 1, I-95 and the Greenwich and Port Chester Metro North stations also made the property an attractive choice.”
