Kent White of CB Richard Ellis' Portsmouth, NH office has negotiated the lease of 2,880 s/f of retail space at 185 High St. to J. Covington.
J. Covington is a home furnishing retailer specializing in classic interior design for fine homes and camps throughout New England. J. Covington has moved to this new location from Congress St. Their new home at 185 High St. is located in Melvin Village.
White represented the landlord and Robert Marchewka of The Kane Co. represented J. Covington.
