CB Richard Ellis reps. KBS Realty Advisors in two leases: 4,150 s/f
On behalf of KBS Realty Advisors, CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE) arranged two new leases and a U.S. EPA Energy Star have been awarded at 625 Mount Auburn St. The three-story office building, purchased by KBS Realty Advisors in 2007, recently inked two new long-term leases with Mount Auburn Hospital for 1,900 s/f on the first floor and HDS Architects for 2,250 s/f on the second floor. The building was also recently awarded an Energy Star for superior energy efficiency by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).

The CBRE team of Fitzgerald and Adam Brinch, associate, will lead the leasing efforts for the property.

625 Mount Auburn is located on Rte. 16 across from the Mount Auburn Cemetery and less than one mile from the Rte. 2/Rte. 3 interchange. The building features a two-story atrium lobby, an on-site fitness center and locker facilities, and an in-house cafeteria. CB Richard Ellis, which handles the leasing and management of the building, has recently offered a new tenant incentive program where all companies that sign a lease at 625 Mount Auburn Street will receive two Red Sox tickets for every employee working in the building. The promotion will run through the end of the regular Red Sox season.
625 Mount Auburn is located near the Watertown Line with direct MBTA bus service into Harvard Square. In addition to Mount Auburn Hospital and HDS Architects, the building is home to Charles River Analytics, HStar Technologies Corporation and the offices of McLean Hospital.
