CB Richard Ellis/New England brokers 5,270 s/f lease for landlord, Atlantic Tambone

CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE) has completed a 5,270 s/f lease with J.M. Electrical, a provider of specialized electrical construction work, at 6 Kimball Ln. 6 Kimball Ln. will serve as J.M. Electrical's new headquarters as they make the move from 220 Broadway St. "J.M. Electrical's decision to relocate their expanding operations to 6 Kimball Lane is a testament to the building as well as Atlantic Tambone's strong reputation as a landlord," said CBRE's David Connolly. "This class A property will suit J.M. Electrical's needs well especially with its convenient access to Boston and the northern suburbs." The CBRE team of David Connolly, senior vice president/partner, Kerry Olson Hawkins, vice president, and Robert LeClair, associate, represented landlord Atlantic Tambone in the transaction.
