CB Richard Ellis named exclusive sales agent for 36 Old Quarry Rd.
CB Richard Ellis has been named the exclusive sales agent for 36 Old Quarry Rd., a10-building complex consisting of a total of 128,132 s/f located on a 40.35-acre campus. The property also offers further development rights on approximately 12 of these acres, as well as an additional five acres situated on the opposite side of Quarry Rd. for a total of over 45 acres.
