CB Richard Ellis arranges 3 leases totaling 49,528 s/f for FPK Realty
CB Richard Ellis has arranged the leasing of 49,528 s/f to three separate tenants at One Monarch Dr. on behalf of the landlord, FPK Realty, LLC. The tenants include: mobile applications provider LiveWire Mobile, Inc. (31,474 s/f); healthcare solutions provider WaveMark, Inc. (12,262 s/f) and specialized service provider Movik Networks (5,792 s/f).
Movik Networks, a network infrastructure company, develops mobile caching solutions to help service providers deliver high-quality broadband experiences. WaveMark Inc. provides inventory management solutions to enable hospitals, surgical centers and manufacturers to control and manage the flow of high-value consumable medical devices. LiveWire Mobile, a subsidiary of NMS Communications, delivers managed personalization services to mobile operators around the world.
Movik Networks was represented by Jim Nicoletti and Mark Reardon of CB Richard Ellis, while James Lipscomb and Paul Leone of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented LiveWire Mobile and WaveMark. The CB Richard Ellis team of Jason Levendusky, Mark Reardon and Kerry Olson represented FPK Realty in the transactions.
One Monarch Dr. is a 103,000 s/f office building located in the Rte. 495/Rte. 2 West submarket. Built in 1986, the building was fully renovated in 2007.
