CB Richard Ellis and Mohr Partners broker 35,604 s/f lease
BPG Properties, Ltd. has executed a 35,604 s/f renewal and expansion lease with Milestones, Inc. at Totten Pond Office Park, a 293,000 s/f, three building office park located immediately off Rte. 128. Milestones, which previously occupied 13,085 s/f of space in 460 Totten Pond Rd., has expanded its operations by an additional 22,519 s/f and moved to 400-2 Totten Pond Rd., where it will occupy spaces on two floors of the four-story 79,089 s/f office building.
Launched in 1994, Milestones, Inc. offers a variety of services and resources dedicated to helping children with special needs and their families. The company focuses on helping children by teaching more appropriate and useful patterns of communication, behavior, organization, and relating to others, while respecting their individuality.
Jayson and Glenn Rhuda of Mohr Partners represented Milestones, Inc. in the lease negotiations. The landlord was represented by Robert Walles, Matt Siciliano and Andy Majewski of CB Richard Ellis, the exclusive leasing agents for the park.
Totten Pond Office Park is located immediately off Rte. 128 (I-95) within minutes of the Mass Pike interchange and within walking distance of six hotels and two full service restaurants.
