United Multi Family (UMF) brokered the sale of a 12-unit apartment building at 855 Providence St. for $595,000 ($49,583 per unit).
Richard Cawley and Jason Braun of UMF handled the sale. The brick garden style residences were built in 1975 and consisted of 10 two-bedroom and 2 one-bedroom units.
The property was sold by Sandlewood Associates to a Massachusetts based buyer in an all cash transaction.
