Cassidy Turley senior managing director, principal Michael Dalton represented the firm in the Winchester Hospital transaction. senior managing director, principal Kevin Hanna and associate Connor Barnes represented Ken's Foods in the other winning deal. "It is truly an honor for me, it's very humbling, and I'm very appreciative of receiving this award, because for years I've always felt that I had the respect of my coworkers, and to gain the respect and recognition of my peers in the CBA is truly very special for me," said Fallon. "These honors reinforce the Cassidy Turley team's dedication to providing our clients with best-in-class commercial real estate solutions. Without the efforts of our entire team at Cassidy Turley, these awards would not have been possible." "Joe Fallon is a true real estate market guru, a brokerage company leader, a longtime CBA advocate and a consistently loyal friend to many in the greater Boston community," said John Boyle, CBA president and senior managing director principal of Cassidy Turley. "Joe has held the company leadership reins of four separate companies, and year in and year out has been one of the most productive brokers, not only in this market, but in the nation, while simultaneously managing a forum with leadership capability which has allowed individuals within these firms to prosper and earn the Broker of the Year Award five times." The winning Winchester Hospital lease transaction in Woburn totaled 41,531 s/f at 200 Unicorn Park Dr. The 15-year lease, which won Creative Deal of the Year, offers Winchester Hospital, a comprehensive healthcare services provider, space in a newly redeveloped outpatient facility, which will serve as the home for its Imaging Center, Breast Care Center and Community Health Institute. The Cassidy Turley team was also recognized for the sale of 325 Turnpike Rd. in Southborough to Ken's Foods. The 350,000 s/f warehouse space sold for $15 million and its extensive amount of surrounding land gives Ken's Foods the option to continue growing and expanding locally. Ken's Foods, a family-owned and operated company, is using the new space and its surrounding 51-acres for finished goods distribution.
