Ridgefield, CT According to Goodfellow Real Estate, Bob Cascella, commercial broker/advisor represented DAMIMA Ridgefield Associates, LLC in the purchase of 38C Grove St.
The 25,000 s/f, class A office building traded for $2.65 million.
