Group Boston Real Estate's (GBRE) Michael Carucci brokered the sale of 4 Marlborough St. in the Back Bay, for a purchase price $4.405 million.
Carucci worked with both the sellers, William Day Hicks and
Anne Louise Hicks, and the buyer, Marlborough Manor Realty Trust.
The 9,750 s/f property features seven units and three parking spaces.
