Carroll joins Integrated Builders as chief estimator

Michael Carroll III has joined Integrated Builders Inc. as chief estimator. In addition to providing estimates and costs analysis for Integrated Builders' clients, Carroll will also work closely with their clients' design-build team to discuss proposed projects and design an effective strategy to complete project review, including scheduling, business planning and value management/engineering. Prior to joining Integrated Builders, Carroll served as an estimator, cost analyst and project manager at Waltham-based Linbeck Construction where he worked on a number of projects for Mass. Institute of Technology, Tufts University, Biogen/IDEC and Fitchburg State College. Prior to Linbeck, he worked as senior estimator at Boston-based Macomber Builders where he was responsible for estimating, including over 90% of all sitework on all Macomber projects, both public and private jobs. Prior to that, he worked as an estimator/project manager at Braintree-based Peabody Construction Co., as a project engineer at the Littleton-based Middlesex Corp., and as an estimator/assistant project manager at Hanover-based P.A. Landers, Inc. "I'm excited to join Integrated Builders, which has a great reputation in the industry for its quality work and reliable personnel," said Carroll. "I'm looking forward to working with the Integrated Builders team and our clients." "We're very excited to have Mike join our team," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. "His addition to the Integrated team is going to be great for both us and our clients. Mike brings over 15 years of experience in budgeting, estimating, cost analysis and project management of construction projects in major sectors in Greater Boston." Carroll is a graduate of Stonehill College and the University of Notre Dame, he also holds a Mass. Construction Supervisor License.
