Carney has more than 15 years of experience representing tenants as well as landlords in both lease and sales transactions. He has been particularly successful in locating hard-to-find properties for tenants, landlords and developers in Fairfield and Westchester Counties and throughout the Hudson Valley.
Prior to joining Signature Group, Carney held executive positions with brokerage firms including, most recently, Grub & Ellis as a director in its Stamford office.
