Carl and David Burwick of NAI Glickman, Kovago, and Jacobs arrange 15,000 s/f lease at 99 Hartwell

West Boylston, MA United Parcel Service (UPS) recently signed a 7 year lease with options to occupy 15,000 s/f at 99 Hartwell St., that began on May 1. UPS will use the property as a regional facility for driver training and education. The landlord renovated the space to suit UPS needs, including an office, classroom, high bay 20-28 ft clear training area, and a 1 acre outdoor driving course. There is an additional 15,000 SF space still available that the landlord will renovate to suit the prospective tenant’s needs. UPS, the tenant, was represented by Brian Pinch from Jones Lang Lasalle and 99 Hartwell LLC, the landlord, was represented by Carl and David Burwick from NAI Glickman, Kovago, and Jacobs.
