Not only does Griffin offer $2,000 of annual tuition reimbursement to every employee, the company also provides job-related and personal improvement courses throughout the year to help employees reach their full potential.

A partnership with Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston allows Griffin Electric to offer licensed graduates of its Apprenticeship Training Program with an opportunity to achieve an associate of applied science in engineering technology degree, with the company covering up to 70% of tuition costs. And with courses offered remotely, Griffin team members in all regions can take advantage of the unique chance to earn a license and a degree with limited financial burden.
