Cardente Real Estate brokers 5,400 s/f lease to Catholic Charities Maine
According to Cardente Real Estate, Catholic Charities Maine has leased 5,400 s/f of office space at 11 Baxter Blvd. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the tenant by Thomas Moulton of NAI The Dunham Group.
