Canpro, J. Calnan and BKA Archt.complete 30,000 s/f office for GSA

Canpro Investments, Ltd. (Canpro) has completed a new office building for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in the CanproLakeville Corporate Park. BKA Architects provided the architectural and interior design services, and J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. was responsible for the construction. The third, 30,000 s/f office building of the Canpro Lakeville Corporate Park completed in 2008 has been a successful development for Canpro. Jeanne Alexander is the property manager for Canpro Lakeville Corporate Park. The GSA has a ten-year lease with two five-year options for renewal. Utilizing the design services of BKA Architects and Avid Engineers, a design for the new space was developed that would meet the client's many requirements.
