Campanelli signs two new leases at Heritage Landing totaling 12,689 s/f

Campanelli, a full-service commercial real estate development, acquisition and construction management company, has signed two leases totaling 12,689 s/f at Heritage Landing. In collaboration with Peter Brown, director of leasing at Campanelli, the Cushman & Wakefield suburban team of Mike Frisoli and Matt Morgan with downtown brokers Dave Martel and Jason Roth serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the property. Only ten months after purchasing Heritage Landing, Campanelli has transformed the property into one of the fastest leasing buildings south of Boston, signing over 50,000 s/f with seven tenants in a building that had been previously vacant for five years. Straub Collaborative, a photography company specializing in videography, product line photograph and fashion executed a 9,337 s/f lease. Their lease commences in August. "Heritage Landing offered what many other suburban offices did not - an innovative, collaborative space with Red Line access catering to our young, creative employees. Our team is thrilled to move to such an exciting, vibrant building" said David Straub, CEO and founder of Straub Collaborative. Straub Collaborative was represented by Tim Howe of CBRE. Mortgage One Solutions, a Direct Mortgage Lender specializing in conventional and FHA residential products executed a 3,352 s/f lease. Their lease commences in July. "Currently headquartered in Virginia, Heritage Landing was the perfect location for us to open our first Mass. location. The building provided exactly the type of high-quality work environment we were looking for as we enter a new market," said David Nguyen of Mortgage One Solutions. Mortgage One Solutions was represented by Vin Albanese of Eastern Retail Properties. "We are continuing to see strong interest in our building from current Boston tenants looking for a value-alternative to downtown space. Heritage Landing offers Boston companies the same corporate identity, amenities and public transit of a downtown office at half the rental rate," said Frisoli. Located off I-93 and Rte. 3A, Heritage Landing is a class A office complex consisting of two buildings totaling 358,000 s/f. The buildings are only seven miles from downtown Boston and are directly accessible via the MBTA Red Line T. Campanelli is unveiling their multi-million dollar renovations soon. The brand new amenity package includes a sleek new entrance, a full-service café featuring downtown eatery Sebastians, a high-end fitness facility and a modern conference center.
