This is a big step for the company as we look to expand in the Northeast. Campanelli has been a pleasure to work with every step of the way; they paid great attention to detail, consistently looked out for our interest, met an aggressive schedule, found solutions for every complication and executed on everything promised." said Tim Scholl, director DC field projects of O'Reilly Auto Parts. Located at 15 Independence Dr., O'Reilly purchased this Class A industrial asset in the fall of 2013.
