Cafasso, Wamester of Colliers Dow & Condon negotiate 160,000 s/f renewal

Colliers Dow & Condon represented Atlantic Inertial Systems in an early, long term renewal of its lease. The 160,000 s/f manufacturing and research facility is located at 250 Knotter Dr. Atlantic Inertial Systems (AIS) was created following the divestiture from BAE Systems to J. F. Lehman & Co., a U.S. private equity firm, in August 2007. AIS has facilities in Connecticut, New Jersey, and in Plymouth, UK employing over 800 personnel worldwide. AIS is celebrating the completion of its first year as an independent company. AIS provides a range of Inertial Sensors, IMUs and INS for guidance , control and navigation of platforms, systems and weapons in worldwide aerospace and defense markets. The company also provides Terprom, the world's most advanced digital terrain system which provides terrain referenced navigation, predictive ground proximity warning aiming capabilities. John Cafasso and Jay Wamester were the sole brokers in the transaction.
