Stephanie Cabral has joined the Colliers International Hartford team. She comes to Colliers as an attorney licensed in both Conn. and Florida, with extensive experience in real estate transactions. She has represented clients in land purchases, property sales, construction inspection and claims, site selection, and lease negotiations. She is also a property owner herself and possesses an innate ability to relate to her clients, identifying and meeting their unique needs.
As a lawyer, she has demonstrated unparalleled skills in the arena of dispute resolution and negotiation. Locally, she has served as both secretary and treasurer of the Connecticut Bar Association's alternative dispute resolution section and, in 2010, her expertise in dispute resolution was honored on a global level when she was selected to serve as U.S. delegate to a United Nations Working Group dedicated to transnational dispute resolution. She now leverages her negotiation and advocacy abilities on behalf of her clients for optimal sales and leasing terms.
Cabral will focus on marketing commercial properties and representing tenants and buyers in the healthcare and office markets.
