Butler and St. John of CBRE handle sale of 254-unit Hanover Cambridge Park to Guardian Life

Cambridge, MA CBRE has completed the sale of Hanover Cambridge Park located at 80 Cambridge Park Dr., to Guardian Life. The sale price was not disclosed.

CBRE Capital Markets’ multi-housing experts Simon Butler and Biria St. John exclusively represented the seller, The Hanover Co., and procured the buyer, Guardian Life. 

“We are pleased to have completed the sale of Hanover Cambridge Park on the behalf of the Hanover Company and their partners,” said Butler.

“The community was exceptionally well executed by the seller and is located in the dynamic Cambridge market. Guardian Life has acquired a very desirable property,” said St. John.

Hanover Cambridge Park is a 254-unit apartment community. Completed in October 2018 and certified as a LEED Gold building, the property consists of two five-story residential buildings with three elevated courtyards above podium garage parking. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with grilling area, 24/7 fitness room with Technogym and TRX equipment, bike storage, children’s playground, dog wash area, and clubhouse with kitchen and cinema.
