Burgess Properties Inc. and Avison Young lease 6,945 s/f of office space to Audley Travel

Burgess Properties Inc., one of Greater Boston's premier suburban commercial brokerage firms, announced that it has leased 6,945 s/f of office space at 77 N. Washington St. Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties represented the tenant, UK-based Audley Travel. The internationally awarded company with close to 200 employees specializes in customtailored travel. With offices in The United Kingdom and India, Audley's move to North Washington St. represents their first office presence in the United States, where they anticipate rapid growth. 77 North Washington St. features ample natural light, high, vaulted ceilings, brick and beam interiors, and proximity to I-93 and North Station. Mark Twombly and Karyn McFarland of Avison Young represented the landlord, 77 NW, LLC in the lease. Founded in 1997, Burgess Properties is one of Greater Boston's premier suburban full-service commercial brokerage firms specializing in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and other commercial properties.
