Burgess Properties and Prudential Prime Properties broker $1.187m sale

Burgess Properties Inc., one of Greater Boston's premier suburban commercial brokerage firms, has brokered the sale of 2 Draper St. for $1.187 million in conjunction with Prudential Prime Properties. Located on 27,060 s/f of land, 2 Draper St. is a single-story, 14,144 s/f multi-bay facility located off of Montvale Ave. Five out of the six bays in the building are currently leased to local contractors. Stephen Nohrden of Burgess represented the buyer, Matthew Piccione and Scott David Cutler. Prudential Prime, represented the seller, Draper St. LLC. Piccione is a Winchester-based investor and developer and plans to use the available bay for his own business.
