Bulman joins Conway as director of facilities

Norwell, MA Jack Conway & Company welcomes Jack Bulman as director of facilities for its growing Conway Properties division. The position will be responsible for overseeing the 32 Conway Real Estate offices, the roster of commercial properties maintained under the property management umbrella, including snow plowing, and construction and development projects. Alongside Kaitlin Clifford, director of strategic development, the team will focus on growing the suite of property management services to residential and commercial clients. 

In an industry that requires careful management of physical property operations, Bulman’s knowledge, care, and proven skills will be key in taking Conway Properties to the next level while always remaining focused on the core Conway values of integrity, community, and resilience to the marketplace. 

“Jack’s extensive leadership experience and stellar track record overseeing major events and complex initiatives in the community make him a perfect fit for this very important role,” said Al Becker, Executive Vice President & COO, Jack Conway. His prior employment includes 8 years with the Scituate Fire Department Dive/Rescue Team; work as an EMT for Fallon Ambulance Service in Quincy, Weymouth and Milton; and 16 years as Manager of Bulman Marine LLC.

Bulman is son of Conway CEO and president Carol Bulman and grandson of company founder Jack Conway. A graduate of Bridgewater State University with a degree in Management.
