Brown sells former Atlantic Wire Company site in Branford for $842,818
According to the H. Pearce Company, the industrial building, formerly the site of the Atlantic Wire Company on the corner of Montowese and Meadow Sts. has sold for $842,818 and closed in December 2010. The former wire drawing plant is comprised of over 160,000 s/f and is located on approximately seven acres in the designated downtown area of Branford.
The seller, Branford Atlantic Realty, Inc., was represented in the transaction by Peter Brown of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate. The property was purchased by 1 Church St., LLC, who was represented by Greg Robbins of the William Raveis Real Estate Company.
