Brown of DVB and Flayhan of HK Group broker $1.5m sale

Fred Brown, chairman of Desmond Virgulak Brown Commercial Realty of Norwalk in cooperation with HK Group, Inc. represented by its senior vice president David Flayhan recently sold 10-12-14-16 North Main St. The building is a three-story and lower level retail building occupying a prominent location in SONO at the northwest corner of Washington St. and North Main St. The building's owner was represented by Irving Kern of Cohen & Wolf PC. It was sold by IA, LLC representing several Avrick Furniture family trusts. The property was purchased for $1.5 million by GNA Associates LLC which is the operating arm of the Criscuolo family of Stamford. They intend to transform the 35,000 s/f building into two levels of retail space and the other two levels into office and residential use.
