Brown of Campanelli signs Haemonetics to 55,000 s/f lease in AMB Business Park

According to Campanelli Companies, the execution of a long term lease with Haemonetics Corporation totaling 55,000 s/f at 179 Campanelli Parkway in the AMB Business Park has been completed. This brings the property to 100% leased status. Sean Teague, partner of DTZ FHO Partners, who represented Haemonetics said, "Our customers look at strategic relocations from both a quality and location point of view, and AMB has a reputation for quality building and first class management." Peter Brown, director of leasing for Campanelli, exclusive agent for AMB Property Corp. said, "AMB has just replaced the roof and upgraded the building to an excellent condition consistent with AMB's best practices. These enhancements made all the difference in building confidence in this property." Haemonetics relocated its warehouse operations and employees from a facility in Avon to the AMB Business Park in November.
